- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
- Fonts and all other files are served from our own web server, not from third parties.
- Only when you submit the contact form is your message sent to us via the EmailJS service.
- We only process personal data where technically necessary to run the website, or when you contact us yourself.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the website, the web server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser (server log files):
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- page or file requested
- previously visited page (referrer URL)
- browser and operating system used
This data is needed to deliver the website and to keep it stable and secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and error-free operation of the website. Log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for this purpose. We have a data processing agreement with the host pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. 4. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the details you provide (for example your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We delete the data once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Contact form
For the contact form we use the email delivery service EmailJS provided by EmailJS Pte. Ltd., Singapore. Nothing from EmailJS is loaded when you visit this website. Only when you submit the form does your browser send what you entered (name, email address, optionally company, phone number and a callback request with date and time, and your message), together with the language and the address of the page on which you submitted the form, to EmailJS, which delivers it to us by email. For technical reasons, EmailJS also receives your IP address.
We process this data in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). EmailJS processes the data on our behalf; we have a data processing agreement with EmailJS pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, which forms part of EmailJS’s terms of service.
According to EmailJS, its servers are located in the USA (Amazon Web Services), so your data is transferred to a country outside the EU. This transfer is based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, which are incorporated into the data processing agreement. Sent messages may be stored in the history of our EmailJS account; according to EmailJS, deleted entries are permanently removed after 30 days. For details, seeEmailJS’s privacy policy.
We delete the data once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. The form does not set any cookies.
6. Online booking of the intro call
You can book a free intro call through a link on this website that leads to the booking servicemeetergo, provided by meetergo GmbH, Hauptstraße 44, 40789 Monheim am Rhein, Germany. meetergo is only contacted when you click the link; merely visiting this website does not transfer any data to meetergo.
When you book, we process the details you enter there (for example your name, email address, preferred time and, if provided, a message) to arrange the appointment and hold the call. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request). meetergo processes the data on our behalf; we have a data processing agreement with meetergo pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
According to meetergo, the data is hosted on servers in Nuremberg, Germany. For certain functions meetergo uses sub-processors through which data may be transferred to the USA; these transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. For details, seemeetergo’s privacy policy. meetergo’s own notices apply to processing on the booking page itself (such as any cookies used there).
We delete the data once it is no longer needed for arranging the appointment and any follow-up enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Links to other websites
This website contains links to external services, for example our profile in the IONOS partner network. Data is only transferred to the respective provider when you click such a link. The operator of the linked site is responsible for any processing there.
8. Encryption
For security reasons this website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
9. Your rights
