Remote support
We use RustDesk for remote support. You can see everything that happens on your screen at all times and end the connection with one click.
Official download page on GitHub
Download
Download RustDesk for your operating system from the official download page (Windows: .exe, macOS: .dmg).
Start
Open the program. No installation is needed on Windows; on macOS, allow screen recording and accessibility when prompted.
Tell us ID and password
Call us and read out the ID and one-time password shown. We then connect to your computer.
Only share the ID and password if you called us yourself or arranged an appointment with us – never because an unknown person called you.
For existing customers
Please report issues that do not need an immediate fix by email to our support address. That way nothing gets lost.
Suspect a cyberattack?
Unusual pop-ups, encrypted files, ransom demands or strange emails sent from your mailbox? Act immediately:
Disconnect the device
Unplug the network cable and turn off Wi-Fi so the attack cannot spread further.
Do not switch it off
Leave the device running. Its memory holds traces that are important for the analysis.
Call us now
Give us a call. The sooner we step in, the smaller the damage. +49 7024 4081158
Do not delete anything
Do not delete files, “clean up” or reinstall the system – that destroys traces.
Change passwords from a clean device
Change passwords – email and administrator accounts first – only from a device that is not affected.
If personal data is affected, you may be required to notify the data protection authority within 72 hours (Art. 33 GDPR).
